Wednesdays, 9:30am: Highway to OHM (Gentle Yoga) w/ Lauren

Thursdays, 9:30am: Free Your Mind Flow (Vin/Yin Yoga) w/ Ursula

Fridays, 9:30am: Stairway to Savasana (Hatha Yoga) w/ Ursula

Saturdays, 9:30am: Rock Your Flow (Vin/Yin Yoga) w/ Mindy

Sundays, 9:30am: Dream on, Stretch Long (Gentle Yoga) w/ Mindy

All HardRock Yoga Classes:
Outside on the Rock Royalty Terrace (3rd floor), overlooking the ocean (Weather back-up: Body Rock Gym, 2nd floor)
Open to the public: Locals and tourists welcome at the cost of $10 (Parking not included).
HardRock Hotel guests practice for free.
No pre-registration or sign-up needed.

Class Descriptions

Vin/Yin Yoga:

In this class you will feel a combination of vinyasa flow and a restorative yin practice. The Vinyasa portion creates heat in the body and rids your body of excess Prana, or energy. After this, your body is ready to relax and lengthen during the Yin Yoga portion.
This class is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners.

Hatha Yoga:

A slower, more mindful practice, emphasizing breathwork and holding poses for longer periods. Holding the poses longer allows you time to fully get into the poses, explore and experience deeper aspects, and it builds awareness, strength and flexibility and aims for balance and relaxation. This class is suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners.

Gentle Yoga / Relax, Renew & Restore:

A beginner friendly Gentle Yoga Classes, suitable for all, including seniors. No prior experience required. We strive to create a safe space for ALL bodies to explore the sacred practice of Yoga.

Alignment Based Yoga:

This uniquely challenging class aims to empower and invigorate your yoga practice. The central theme is to develop and integrate the core aspects of vinyasa flow – breath and movement. Vinyasa yoga is most widely described as the ‘link of breath and movement’ and is practiced like a seamless dance that ‘flows’ from pose to pose. In this class, we will explore this concept more deeply by developing the skills to confidently transition from pose to pose with presence and grace. We will explore body alignment and specific transitions in a bit more depth than a typical vinyasa class while deepening your connection to the breath, expanding your body awareness. Appropriate for all levels.
