Full Moon Yoga @ HardRock Hotel
On October 16th a dozen people met at the HardRock Hotel for an amazing 90 minute event on the Royalty Terrace: Yoga under a bright and beautiful full moon!
AND: People donated generously: We collected $300 for Hurricane relief!

Jeep Beach Sunrise-Yoga @ Hard Rock Hotel
April 21st till April 23rd at 6:30 am
Despite the early hour for three days between 20 and 30 people met at the Hard Rock Hotel for amazing yoga classes. What a fantastic experience!

Fall Equinox / 108 Sun Salutations

Lightning far away out at sea, stars above us just before daybreak and later a beautiful sunrise. That was the setting for the 108 Sun Salutations.
I know… it is slightly crazy to get up that early and do something as exhausting as that. But it was absolutely worth the effort.
For everyone who missed it: There will be another opportunity at the winter solstice…

Seven people between 47 and 80 gathered to learn about philosophical background and how applying special breathing techniques like e.g.
◊ three-part yogi breath
◊ box breath
◊ lions breath
can improve your wellbeing.

Yoga Basics 101 Workshop
Hard Rock Hotel Daytona Beach
SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 25, 2022 AT 2 PM – 4 PM
In this beginner friendly workshop, we started to explore the basic foundations of Yoga: alignment principles, beginner breathwork, and introduction to the 8 limbs of Yoga & mediation.
Everybody who participated now has a working knowledge of Yogic fundamentals. Go, use your new abilities and confidence in group classes, or while practicing at home.

108 Sun Salutations/ Summer Solstice

Seven people gathered on the 3rd floor Wave Terrace of the Hard Rock Hotel for our Summer Solstice Celebration.
All of us did the 108 sun salutations (or came pretty close).
Don’t let the number 108 scare you!
It’s ok if you don’t make it to 108…the point is to do what you can and open your heart to receive the summer energy.
